Experience an unforgettable evening, where culinary craftsmanship meets the rich, smokey allure of fine bourbon! Each course is artfully paired with a hand-selected bourbon, highlighting the spirts deep caramel notes, oak-aged warmth, and subtle spice!

WELCOME COCKTAIL & APPETIZER

Start the night out right with a Sparking Gold Rush Welcome Cocktail! A divine cocktail created with Bulleit Rye, House-Made Honey Syrup, Lemon Juice, topped with Prosecco, and a Lemon Swath!

While sipping on your cocktail, enjoy an Autumn Apple Salad made with George Dickel. Maple Dijon Vinaigrette, Fresh Harvest Greens, Pecans, Cranberries, Apples, Feta Cheese, Roasted Par Snips, Asparagus, and Brussel Sprout Hash!

AUTUM OLD FASHIONED & MAIN ENTREE

Next, indulge in an Autumn Old Fashioned created with Blade & Bow Bourbon, Demerara Syrup, Apple Cider, Angostura Bitters, Apple Slice, and accented with an Orange Swath!

Then you will have chosen one of the delicious entrees prepared by our Chef Jeff!

1. Boursin Chicken Roulade- Chicken, Boursin Cheese, Basil, Chicken Nage, George Dickel Bourbon Sweet Potatoes. Roasted Parsnips, Asparagus, and Brussel Sprout Hash.

2. Bourbon Marinated Skirt Steak- Skirt Steak, Blade & Bow Demi-Glaze, George Dickel Bourbon Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Parsnips. Asparagus, and Brussel Sprout Hash.

AMRO NONINO BLACK MANHATTEN, DESSERT & NEAT POUR

After the main entrée, relax with an Amaro Nonino Black Manhattan, made with nLeopald Bros. Rye, Amaro Nonino, Angostura Bitters, and Orange Bitters, and topped with a Luxardo cherry.

To complete the evening, enjoy a fine dessert!  Your pallet will enjoy a mouth-watering Butterscotch Butter Cake.
